Customs Valuation
For importers, the process of estimating the value of a products at customs and justifying the correctness of Transaction value, sometime becomes Major problem. This problem is more when the imported goods are SECOND HAND machinery, where valuation has to be done under Rule 9 of CVR 2007.We have vast experience in handling Customs related issues.
DGFT- EPCG/SEZ/STP
For getting EPCG license , applicants have to submit, a certificate from the independent chartered engineer on the proforma annexed to Aayaat Niryaat Form’ certifying the end use of capital goods sought for import for its use at pre-production, production or post production stage for the product undertaken for export obligation.
Solar Power Developers (SPD)
Solar Power Developers (SPD) have to get their Bill of Material certified by the Chartered Engineer for the purpose of issuance of Custom/Excise Duty Exemption Certificate for availing concessional customs duty .We have certified BOMs.
